We are going to describe the materials of the helmet:
White pieces and jaw are made with forex.
Black pieces are made with forex covered with lycra.
For the eyes we used the glasses of a sunglasses
Finally the transparent horn was made with 3 pieces of plastic painted with glass paint and joined with bicomponent glue.
The green parts are made with adhesive vinil.
We used 1 week to do the helmet and 2 days to paint it.
We used hot air gun to shape the pieces and we glued them with bicomponent glue. we had to use this kind of glue because some frined told us that hot glue melted in Japan.
